A Moon Ritual for Calling Clarity, Power, and Alignment

The moon does not rush.
She waxes, she wanes, she disappears, and yet—she never loses her power.
This ritual is for the nights when you feel disconnected, restless, or ready to step into a higher version of yourself.

This is not about perfection.
This is about intention.

Best Time to Perform This Ritual

  • New Moon → for fresh starts, clarity, intention-setting
  • Full Moon → for release, manifestation, emotional cleansing

Choose the phase that feels right. Trust your intuition.

What You Will Need

  • One candle (white or black)
  • A bowl of water (preferably kept under moonlight beforehand)
  • One crystal (any crystal you feel drawn to — no rules here)
  • A piece of paper and pen
  • Silence (or soft instrumental music)

Step 1: Prepare Your Space

Clean the space physically first.
Then sit comfortably, facing the moon if possible.
Light your candle and take three slow breaths.

Say softly (out loud or in your mind):
“I enter this moment with awareness and intention.”

Step 2: Ground Yourself

Dip your fingers into the bowl of water.
Touch your forehead or heart.

Visualize everything heavy leaving your body—stress, confusion, emotional clutter—flowing into the water.

You are present now.

Step 3: Intention or Release

  • New Moon: Write down what you want to invite into your life. Be specific, but honest.
  • Full Moon: Write down what you are ready to release—habits, emotions, people, patterns.

Do not overthink. Write what comes naturally.

Step 4: Charge Under the Moon

Hold your crystal in one hand and the paper in the other.

Look at the moon and say:
“By moonlight and inner truth, I align myself with what serves me.”

Fold the paper.

  • If releasing, safely tear or burn it.
  • If manifesting, keep it under your pillow or altar for one lunar cycle.

Step 5: Closing the Ritual

Thank the moon—not as something outside you, but as a mirror of your own cycles.

Blow out the candle.
Drink a sip of water.
Sit quietly for a minute before returning to your night.

After the Ritual

Pay attention over the next few days:

  • Dreams
  • Sudden clarity
  • Emotional shifts
  • Signs or synchronicities

The moon speaks subtly.

Why Spirit Quartz Exists

Spirit Quartz is not about rules, rigid practices, or borrowed beliefs.
It is about energy, intention, and personal power.
Your rituals don’t need permission. They need presence.

The moon doesn’t ask to be believed in.
She simply shows up—every night.

So can you.
